Learn how to get the biggest cut of your online revenue without having a big sales team.

SF Ad Pub Meetup
June 12, 2012

Speakers Casey Saran (Admeld, Google and Weather Underground) and Tyler Fitch (Social Gaming Network) discuss Getting Started With Ad Networks and Negotiating A Good Deal.

Creating strong relationships with ad networks and other similar groups that help you get the most revenue out of your ad impressions is important for a publisher, but it can get complicated fast. How big do you need to be before working with an ad network, which networks should you be talking to and how do you negotiate a deal that makes sense for you, your content and your community?

The panel discussion is led by Casey Saran who works as a Publisher Development Executive at Admeld (recently acquired by Google). Thanks to his time at Weather Underground, Casey has a ridiculous amount of experience managing and negotiating with ad networks from the publisher’s perspective. Since leaving Weather Underground three years ago, Casey’s been directly involved in some of the most widely used tech that helps publishers optimize their ad revenue and he’s ready to answer all of your questions, so be prepared.
